Should you not to be fully satisfied with your order or in the unlikely event that your pet fails to enjoy the food, you can make use of our taste guarantee.
Contact your local supplier or us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Provided that no more than 15% of the food has been used, we will be pleased to redeem your food and offer to replace it with the same or similar product. Should this not be satisfactory, we will provide re-imbursement.
